Saint Cloud Regional Airport

St. Cloud Regional Airport is a city owned, public use airport in Sherburne County, Minnesota, United States. It is located four nautical miles (5 mi, 7 km) east of the central business district of the city of St. Cloud, which owns and operates the airport. The airport serves private, commercial, corporate, cargo and military operations. Mostly used for general aviation, it is also served by one commercial airline.This airport is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021, which categorized it as a primary commercial service airport. As per Federal Aviation Administration records, the airport had 20,161 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2008, 14,294 enplanements in 2009, and 1,198 in 2010. Mesaba Airlines, operating flights for Delta Connection, ended service to Minneapolis/St. Paul on December 31, 2009. Allegiant Air began service to Phoenix on December 15, 2012. SkyWest Airlines, operating as United Express, operated flights from St. Cloud to Chicago-O'Hare International Airport from May 2014 to April 2015. The flights were suspended due to "poor performance in the market."
